Suzanne Nickson

Suzanne qualified as a Solicitor in 1985 having graduated from Liverpool University. She is a specialist in commercial property work including acquisitions and disposals, commercial leases, property development and portfolio management. She trained in Manchester and spent the first ten years of her career there with a national law firm. During this time she developed her expertise and interest in commercial property carrying out development and planning work for a number of national retailers.

Suzanne has worked with John Chadwick for over 20 years both of whom are dedicated to building and maintaining strong commercial client relationships.
